Cattle Lines

Paddock for Animals:

Carrier system and paddock are made out of hot dip galvanized coated steel, built with 15 year warranty against rust and corrosion.

Tilting Cabin:

Depending on demand it is built in different shape and models, it is completely hot dip galvanized, made out of steel. Controlled with Pneumatic System.

Draft Transfer Crane:

Cutting and transfer cranes are controlled by electronic controls and are protected against electrical leakage system.

Cutting bleeding line:

Tubular double-speed rail, and automatic adjustment of different manufacture are available.

Cutting Bleeding Hook:

Galvanized made of steel, if demanded it can be produced entirely stainless steel.

Transfer Stage Platform:

Classical three-stage ladder is made of stainless steel or if required it can be made as a lift with  preumatic, hydraulic  controls.

Cutting Hook Return Elevator:

Cattle Processing hooks:
Tubular, double rail is available in three different production.

Leatherface Machine:

45-60 units/hour capacity hydraulic type and can take the skin off without giving any harm to the skin. This is our companies exlcusive manufacturing.

Internat Organ Extraction:

Stair type and pneumatic production is the two type production available.

Leg Opening and locking System:

Works with pneumatic cylinders and is our companies exclusive manufacturing.

Cattle Processing Rail Line:

Tube, dual profile rail or automatic variable speed control , with chain conveyor system different manufacturing is available.

Shower Cabin:

Stainless steel is the exlusive manufacturing of our company, the carcass is washed.
Electronic Rail Scale:

1000kg capacity where carcasses meat are wieghed , with display and printer scale systems.
